Selection Procedure:-
  1. Only Online Applications received on http://livelihoodjobs.tnmhr.com You are advised to fill the online application properly. Applying for a job is not a surety of the job. It is purely outsourcing-based.
  2. Scrutiny of all Online Applications received will be done.
  3. The final selection for the post of General Manager, Project Manager-State will be on the basis of Personal Interview and the top 1 to 10 candidates will be interviewed.
  4. The final selection for the post of Assistant Project Manager, Young Professional, Technical Coordinator will be on the basis of Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. After Scrutiny, a Written Test, Group Discussion will be conducted for Shortlisted Candidates. Admit card for written test will be issued. The exam passed candidates will be called for group discussion. The 5 candidates against one post will be called for an interview.
  5. All documents for shortlisted candidates will be checked before the Final Interview, Originals will be required at the time of face to face interview. (One Photocopy of all documents you have to submit at interview )
  6. The Final Merit List will be prepared on the basis of Written Test marks, Group Discussion Marks, Interview Marks.
